Plan ahead for Reinhart's Final Semester and 25th birthday celebrations.

Reinhart's 25th birthday will fall on Saturday, 10 October 2026.

However, it will also be a hectic academic week for him, as he will have at least 2 weeks remaining to finish his group and individual assignments at FIT5037 - Network security, FIT5120 - Industry experience studio project, and FIT5122 - Professional practice course units in Monash University.

Most of his end-semester assignments would likely to be due between 19 October 2026 and 6 November 2026, and if a formal Final Exam has to be taken, Reinhart must study and revise again before his allocated Exam session on 2-18 November 2026.

These should have been the final, remaining assignments for him to fully complete his study in scholarship-sponsored Master of Cybersecurity course. If Reinhart has passed all of this semester's units, Reinhart will be able to graduate on 8-15 December 2026.

It is very necessary to make and communicate arrangements to Reinhart's day-to-day home, study, and work schedule on this important semester. Not to mention to adjust to CG FUN throughout September 2026, and additional time arrangements for rooming house declutter and cleanup, which gradually start from August to December 2026.

Day-to-day schedule updates

Therefore, please be advised that the following rules and day-to-day schedule will apply from Monday, 31 August 2026:

  1. Reinhart standard sleep schedule is now 00:00 for every (next day after) Sunday to Thursday and 02:00 for Friday and Saturday.
  2. Reinhart will stop having "minor grocery" sessions on Monday and/or Thursday to save more time. The weekly grocery and shopping session is now scheduled on every Friday and Saturday.
  3. For FIT5120 group, CG, and MSJ: Reinhart will no longer bring his laptop on every Friday and Saturday nights, which could be used to conduct emergency computer administration tasks.
    1. This rule is still excepted for Friday nights before the next day where MSJ classes has been scheduled.
  4. For FIT5120 and FIT5122 groups:
    1. Reinhart's work activity on Tuesday night (after the FIT5037 Lab), Friday (after the FIT5120 Seminar) night, and Saturday (whole day) should solely be used for emergency administrative tasks, such as conducting emergency group meetings and submitting neccessary forms or Moodle assignments.
    2. Any requests to conduct meetings during the Wednesday night must be communicated before the previous Tuesday's night, to avoid schedule conflicts with MonSec activities.
  5. For CG FUN 2026 event organisers: Due to the shift of weekly grocery schedules, any procurement requests must be finalised before the night before the Friday activities.
    1. Additionally, Reinhart may refrain from visiting ALDI for D-day procurement requests due to strict bag checking policies.
  6. For CG: Reinhart will continue to participate in Friday and Saturday fellowship, of course (#- );

Additional notes for birthday receptions

  1. Reinhart is able to respond to birthday wishes on 10 October from 12:00-18:30 AEDT (08:00-14:30 WIB), and 20:30-02:00 AEDT (16:30-22:00 WIB). The two-hour break is allocated for the scheduled AOG sevice.
    1. Please be advised on upcoming changes to Melbourne time zone due to the start of Daylight Saving Time (DST).
  2. To conserve time and effort that otherwise can be used to deliver better assignment work (to get an HD in everything!), Reinhart may not prepare any publication materials to celebrate the 25th birthday throughout this semester.

We would like to thank you to your ongoing trust and cooperation throughout these important times. May Reinhart's official graduation eligibility be a best birthday gift for himself, his family, and the wider communities in mutual trust and respect.
