Dropping PERURI ID as our preferred e-signature provider for Indonesian legal compliance.

Due to the constant technical issues within the PERURI ID platform which have been occured since March 2026 up to today, which have caused newly uploaded documents can no longer be signed with a Certified Electronic Signature, [note:1][note:2] we decided to remove PERURI ID as our preferred e-signature platform, effective immediately.

We would also advise our clients and people that:

  1. Existing documents digitally signed on behalf of REINHART PREVIANO KOENTJORO via PERURI ID can still be verified through Root CA Indonesia DS G1 and Peruri CA G1 public certificates, or through the official e-signature verification websites on https://tte.komdigi.go.id/verifyPDF or https://verification.peruri.co.id.
  2. We have not yet re-check PERURI’s e-Meterai platform (e-meterai.co.id) to issue digitally-signed stamp duties, as of 2026.
  3. We will continue to offer OpenPGP signatures and they are remain unaffected (download our public key at https://keys.openpgp.org/vks/v1/by-fingerprint/F2DB8D097C6D33427990D0BF2A216705EB753357). [note:1]

[note:1] A Certified Electronic Signature refers to the Indonesian legal framework outlined on Ministry of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 11 Year 2022, which defines and regulates the use of certified Electronic Signatures (TTE) issued by registered Electronic Signature Providers (PSrE). As our OpenPGP signature keys are self-managed and not legally issued by registered PSrEs, such signatures are considered legally invalid by Indonesian laws.

[note:2] We have confirmed that this issue persists regardless of which multi-factor autentication methods were used: e-mail or KEYLA app.
